You probably already have a few questions about our hotel and your stay. On this page you will find some information about the reservation, arrival, the cancellation policy and much more.

We are at your disposal with words and deeds.


  • Take advantage of our price advantage and book via our website, by phone or by e-mail.
  • With us there are no parking problems. A parking space is available to our guests for each room for a fee  of 8,- € per day. Sprinters, buses, trailers and mobile homes etc. on request and for a fee.
  • The next bus stop ("Zähringerplatz") is only approx. 500m away. The stop is served by 8 lines, so you always have a good connection to the old town of Constance or e.g.to the island of Mainau.
  • A small kitchenette with a refrigerator is built into each of our rooms.
  • For our guests with bicycles we have a covered and lockable bicycle area.
  • We are a non-smoking hotel. We ask you to take this into account.
  • A usage fee may apply when using the kitchen.
  • Furthermore, the city of Constance will charge ALL overnight guests (except minors) in holiday apartments and campsites, from April 1st, 2023, instead of the previous tourist tax, a tourism and climate protection tax of 5.6% on the pure overnight price. There is no tax on breakfast, food, drinks or parking. This tax is not included in the room rate, must be paid by the guests directly on site and is paid without deduction by the hotel to the city of Constance.
  • Changed conditions apply to long-term stays of one month or more.

    Until further notice our reception is staffed Monday to Sunday from 7:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. During this period, as always, you can reach us immediately by phone, on site or by e-mail. All contact inquiries outside of these opening times will be processed as soon as possible the next day. Our in-house guests can reach us on an emergency number.

  • Arrival - flexible and uncomplicated

    Check-in at the reception takes place within our current opening times or via an electronic key box (contactless) if you want to arrive after this time.


    How to get your room key via the electronic key box: Contact our team by phone or email - Book your room - Get a code for the key safe and WLAN password - Check-in the next morning at the reception - done!

    Each room is equipped with a kitchenette (hot plates, electric kettle, fridge, plates etc.) for self-catering..

Cancellation policy:

Something can always happen, which is why you have to cancel or postpone your stay:

In the high season you can cancel your reservation free of charge or shorten your stay up to 6 p.m. the day before your arrival. In the low season, cancellation is free of charge up to 6 p.m. on the day of arrival.


In the event of cancellation after this deadline and in the event of no-show, we will charge 100% of the price of the first night.

For group bookings, bookings through partners, for arrangements and for long-term stays, different, individually agreed cancellation conditions apply.
